As a busy mom myself, I know just how hard it is to step in front of the camera. It is right up there with finishing that book, catching up on the latest binge-worthy show, or actually making it to brunch with your best friend. Some days, that one feels downright impossible.
That is exactly why, when you do get in front of the lens, I want your photos to truly matter. As a Kalispell family photographer serving families across the Flathead Valley and northwest Montana, I believe your images should stand the test of time. Through decades, cross-country moves, and every beautiful, chaotic chapter in between.

That is why I am passionate about creating a relaxed, natural family photography experience here in Kalispell and throughout the Flathead Valley. One that does not depend on perfect outfits, flawless hair, or Pinterest-worthy poses. You might already have all that, but it is not what makes your family beautiful. We will capture the beauty that is already there. The kind you live every single day.

Sometimes, as a busy mom of two, I get so caught up in our every day chaos of ballet and piano lessons, dinner prep, homework, ALL THE. THINGS. that it feels like I blinked and my babies no longer fit onto my lap. It reminds me that this life is precious and I need to savor each season of life before it's gone for good.
Planning a photo session can feel downright impossible—just one more thing on an already overflowing to-do list. I get it, truly. As a mom myself, I know how overwhelming it can be, like it’s adding more chaos to the mix instead of capturing the magic within it.
That’s exactly why I’ve taken my own life experience and poured it into creating a family photography experience made for you—the day-job-juggling, mom-guilt-managing, real-moment-loving families who want more than just posed smiles. You want memories that feel like you, and I’m here to make it easy, meaningful, and absolutely worth it.

Kiralee is the one I trust to take our photos. She has done 12+ sessions for our family. Each and every session has so many photos I will cherish for the rest of my life. Kiralee is not just behind a camera and pushes a button. She helps you coordinate outfits if you can’t quite figure out what goes well. She will help you think of the perfect location. She will make you laugh. A lot. She cares about your session probably more than you do. She wants you to have fun and love your pictures! Trust me, Kiralee always gets the photo. I have 2 kids who can be quite difficult to take photos of BUT Kiralee ALWAYS gets AMAZING photos. Not just a good family photo but a good photo of each kid, a good photo of the kids together, a good photo of me with the kids and a good photo of my husband with the kids. (Let’s face it, that last photo is probably the most challenging one for most families. Kiralee gets the shot. Every session we have with her!) We drove from Seattle to have Kiralee photograph our daughters one year pictures, and her cake smash session this month. Even though our daughter was recovering from a sickness, she was able to capture the most amazing pictures and make the session light and fun. Upon receiving the images, they immediately brought tears to my eyes on the way she was able to capture all of her personality in each image. There aren’t enough words to explain how amazing it was to work with her, I only wish she was based in Seattle. We definitely will be taking more trips for future sessions.
